I wouldn't call it butchered, but something about the performance does seem a bit... well... off-kilter.

For the last week or so I've been alternating mostly between 2 albums, My friend recommended them, and their awesome! I never would have heard of them if he hadn't recommend them. I need to expand my music listening.

Today I'm working from home, aided and abetted by a bit of early Neil Young.

Christmas isn't complete without Mannheim Steamroller. Strangely enough, I had heard a couple of things by MS before the Christmas album series started. Their Fresh Aire V album sounds almost exactly like their first Christmas album, with all the arpeggios and Prophet 5 synth chords and everything. I heartily recommend it.
And as for me...

Everytime I hear Christmas and music in the same sentence I think of Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I may have to start listening to that today, since its that time of year again. I think they are on one of my mp3 players I have with me at work.
