What are you using Sidecar for?

I have upgraded to Catalina and can connect my iPad Pro 10.5 as a secondary display using Sidecar but I am just wondering what is being used for? Anybody actively using Sidecar and if yes, with what apps? I'd love to use it but I just can't find any use cases.

I’ve got to do a webinar where I will be annotating PDFs and so using PDF Expert and sidecar allows me to use my iPad and Apple Pencil to do the annotations. I used Astropad in the past but now have no need of it.

I would use my iPad Pro to display terminal windows when programming. I'm kinda waiting with Catalina installation after reading so many problems it has.

Should I be working with design apps, I'd move the tool windows (layers etc). There's many use cases...truly depends on what you are doing on you machine

I mostly tend to use it for displaying a video of some sort instead of using PiP

I use Sidecar for trading on the go. Market info on my iPad Pro 12.9" screen, trading platform on my MacBook Pro 15" screen.

It was fun in the beginning but eventually, for me, it’s just a gimmick.
I was hoping Photoshop is nice but it’s not...

eventually I may toll back to Mojave.

I prefer working with multiple monitors. It's easier to multitask when one app is on one screen and another is on the other. Plus, with Sidecar, if you have a Smart Keyboard for your iPad, it also works with the Mac apps on the display.

Right now, I have Excel on one screen and Quicken on another.
