Used the app to make 2 separate orders, 42MM SS White Sport & 42MM Sport at 12:03/12:09. Both have a ship date of 4/24-5/8.

Same here. Ordered within minutes of the start time. Some here seem to have gotten an earlier date. Did the ship time really get pushed back that quick?
Actually, just as FYI, when i pre order my iPad air 2, i got a time frame of october 23 - 27 and i got it on the 23 (launch day)... So I'm hoping we all get the watch on 4/24
Placed a second order immediately after for the 42MM SS with the milenese and the shipping date is launch date to may 8th. Will probably cancel my sport if the website ever works.
Since I wanted the green and pink band anyway, I just went and ordered the Green 38mm Sport - order page said delivers 4/24 - 5/8. Processing email said delivers 4/24 - 5/8. Processing email received at 2:25a CDT.
I will see which one goes to prepped for shipping first and cancel the other. Now off to order a pink band separately as well.

Most models went from 4/24 to 4-6 weeks in about 15 min, so you better hope they don't push it down.

Sport 42 mm White band with 4/24-5/8. I wanted black but shipping was too late. I just want Sport so I don't care. Hopefully getting it on 4/24!!!!!

Just think of it this way, if you have to wait a month+ for your apple watch to arrive, you will probably be able to update its OS to 1.0.1 for a better experience.
By the way, for those upset at the ship times, it was probably your case+band combo that set the time back - not your entering gift cards, or waiting for the website to refresh.
Apple said that the watch would start shipping April 24th… but they didn't say that _all_ case+band combos would be shipping April 24th, just that _some_ case+band combos would ship then.
Its like if you order a custom build-to-order iMac on launch day, if its got upgraded processor or video card, it probably won't ship at the same time as the base configuration.

Ordered using the Apple Store App on my iPad. Got in immediately.
Original plans were to buy the 42mm SS with Black Leather Loop and buy the black sport band and milanese loop in additions.
However, the 42mm SS with Black Leather Loop had a ship date of 4-8 weeks. But I could order the 42MM SS with black sport band for 24 APR - 08 MAY delivery and order the black leather loop and milanese loop separately with a delivery date of 29 APR - 12 MAY.
Not overly happy that shipping times were totally fluid between all variety of watches, especially since the bands can come in around the same time, but oh well. I've purchased mine. Congrats everyone!
