What are your favorite European shows on Apple TV?

I forgot to cancel in the trial period lol so I want to watch something on Apple TV to not make it feel like a complete waste.

There are no Asian shows at all on Apple TV, right?

What are your favorite European shows?

Bonus points if it’s not largely tied to murder.

It’s not European but if you are looking for a great show, which is not often the case on this platform, try Widow’s Bay. You can also try Slow Horses.

My wife and I have enjoyed Slow Horses. It even convinced me to go out and read the books.

Gary Oldman is always fun to watch.

Well darn, not everyone all at once please haha!

I watched some Slow Horses a while ago. I liked some aspects of it. Gary Oldman is definitely amazing.

Maybe I’ll try Widow’s Bay. It’s not that I can’t watch American shows, it’s just that I often don’t understand them.

Looooove Ted Lasso and Foundation, by the way. So it’s also not that Apple TV is entirely bad in my experience. The non-fiction corner actually looks cool too.

Lol, that's because their sci-fi and horror shows are too much for Apple but thank gawd for Netflix lol.

Yes all the other international streaming services have it. It was surprising to me to find out Apple TV’s focus is so narrow.

Ah well at least now I know what Apple TV is about. Not all services have to be geared towards international audience and that’s fine.
