Mine are as follows:

Move 300 Cal
Exercise 30 Min
Stand 10 Hrs

Walk every day.

I had move at the (then) default 1000, but with "only" 30 min exercise I wasn't really hitting it, regularly. Now, if I meet the Exercise goal, I'm normally on 400+ towards the move goal, making it much more obtainable... :)

500/30/12 set as goals - but I decided to set them rather conservatively.

They're relative to your physical stats to some degree, but I have 560/30/12. I'd say I hit the 560 75% of the time and the others 95% of the time.
