No surprise, but iPhone 6 Plus has less memory to work with than iPhone 5S.

I used iDemonstrate to check memory stats of iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 Plus after restarting at the same time. The 6 Plus was restored from the 5S and some apps weren't available to download again, so that may have an affect on the stats.

What are your memory stats? Let's compare.

    5S: https://twitter.com/iphone5att64/status/513849492630933504
    Total memory: 1047 MB
    Wired memory: 168 MB
    Free memory: 46 MB
    Active memory: 572 MB
    Inactive memory: 259 MB

    6 Plus: https://twitter.com/iphone5att64/status/513850011734794240
    Total memory: 1014 MB
    Wired memory: 192 MB
    Free memory: 39 MB
    Active memory: 540 MB
    Inactive memory: 242 MB

I don't think that app is correctly reporting RAM for the iPhone 5s. 1024MB = 1gb. It's saying the 5S has slightly over 1GB...

Did you power cycle before launching iDemonstrate? 540 MB doesn't seem right.

I noticed that too. I'm not sure how the app calculates Total memory or if it's iOS reporting it after compressing memory.
