That looks pretty good. Similar to Calendars (or Calendars 5) from Readdle which I've been using so far. I'll definitely try it out once it's released.

And I definitely agree about the widget being able to disappear when there's nothing to display--as you mentioned Apple's Reminders does it but even their own Calendar one doesn't.

Yeah. I was using Readdle Calendars until I got the Sunrise beta. But I just didn't really need another calendar app so it's nice that the one I like to use as an actual app has a widget! lol.

I'm sending them a couple of notes on the Beta, which I believe you can sign up for even if you aren't a Dev (though I'm not positive). You can try though and report back! LINK

Yeah, I just installed it to play around with it a bit. So far looks nice. In some ways provides more information than Readdle Calendars as it shows the location of events, but it doesn't seem to show the end time for them strangely. Of course the good part is that it shows all day events (similar to Readdle Calendars) which is really the main thing that the Apple Calendar app widget has been lacking all along.

I LOVE launcher!!!!! Love it. It's really sad it had to go:(. Really sad. The only other widget worthy of keeping to me was ESPN

Does anybody know any widget for battery usage (not battery status)....that is, what you see under Settings > General > Usage > Battery usage? I would be happy even if the widget showed only the 'time since last full charge' section

Heard about this, sadly I didn't grab it when I had the chance :( Any similar alternatives ?

Yes there are still a few alternatives of which the best one is Quick-Tap which is still in the App Store (for as long as it lasts).
