As most of you know I'm considering selling my Mac Pro in the Marketplace forum here. I wanted to know aside from the CPU speed and the type of CPU (CD or C2D), does the video graphics card affect say....
converting an .avi file to a .mov (quicktime file)?
I don't do much photoshop, just a lil here and there.
How about using the iLife software? Does the Intel GPU's weakness show? Or can it edit video fine?
If you have any idea, please let me know as I only know my Mac Pro's capabilities and I want to know what to expect when I switch over to a Macbook.
