I don’t have anything for mine as yet, so I’m sniffing around.

Thanks in advance ...

Looks nicer in real life. Only a cheap one as tbh I won't be taking it out much as I have an iPad for when I work in the office. Was a cheap one from Amazon.

I am using the Midnight Blue Apple leather sleeve. It works really nice when you just want to have the Mac with you when you go somewhere. I was looking for cheaper options but none of them are as sleek and lightweight. Also other leather sleeves I was looking at had some tacky logo or company name on them. The apple one does has an apple logo but it is subtle. I also have a Waterfield leather messenger bag if I want to take more stuff other than the Mac, but that has a padded compartment so I don't use the sleeve with it.

I have a InCase tensorlite sleeve for my 12" MacBook and it's a fantastic choice if you want something with a little more padding but is also slim. It comes in all the sizes. InCase Icon Sleeve

If you want something with class that will protect your M1, this is what you need. It puts Apple’s sleeve to shame.

I have the Apple leather sleeve as well, but black. I REALLY like it. I did notice that the side that touches the bottom of the Mac is microfiber lined, but the top isn't. It kind of makes me wonder if the top will get scratched up over time by going in and out of the leather sleeve, but common sense tells me that it doesn't seem like a material that should be able to scratch metal.

They look like nice but the logo is so awful looking and tacky that I'd never buy one. From what I've read they are really great sleeves but that lo-go is a no-go.

I'm not sure why they did the microfiber the way they did. Maybe it makes the Mac slide in easier? And yes the leather is much softer than the aluminum so would never scratch.

Yeah, and I assume the leather will get softer and softer as I use it. Right now, it still looks brand new because I haven't taken the Mac out of the house yet!
