We aren't a crystal ball. you can expect battery life from when you unplug it until it shuts off. There's NO way to tell you with 100 % certainty.

His usage does change by the minute though, so it could vary greatly.

When did the OP say his usage changed by the minute? I gave my estimate of 4.5-5 hours assuming he was in Parallels the entire time and 5-6 hours when he was not. I went on to say that there are many other factors that go into that..

This should answer most if not all of your battery questions. Compliments of GGJstudios. Apple Notebook Battery FAQ

Sounds a bit optimistic to me. I don't think I get more than 2.5 hours running Windows in VMware out of last years 2.66 i7. Windows in a Virtual machine is definitely a battery hog

Parallels causes OS X to default to the dedicated GPU, and depending on how many cores you are using, will peg the CPU at nearly 50%. In other words, Parallels is not a program you'll want to run on battery power willingly.

bahahaha are you GGJ on another account or what? ^^
i had a battery question tbh. DOes the keyboard light drain a lot of battery? and does it change a lot if it's set on low or high brightness? (the keyboard, not the screen)

Nope. Just posting the link that if you read, answers almost every battery question.

The answer to your obvious question is in the guide ;)
