What brightness level do you have at the moment?

100% Always.
And I find that even at 100% it's slightly dimmer than my MBP 15" unibody, which I also always run at 100%. More accurate colors, and easier to read than when dimmed.

Funny, I never even looked or set mine. I had it at 100%. Dropped it to 50% and I still like it.
