11D50 on my 2011 Air, same as your signature. Same on my 2011 Mini.
I would expect 10.7.3 to be a single unified build that would boot any Apple machine capable of running Lion that is on the market at this time. Unlike certain builds of 10.7.2

mine is 11D50 i downloaded 1.7.3 from app store and made a usb drive and done a clean install. so far no issues.
