What can I do for these problems?

[/PHP]Here is the problem, hopefully somebody knows whats wrong with iCloud.

I changed my apple ID a few days ago, but after changing it on my iPad and mac I could not sync the pages, keynotes and numbers, and additionally my photo streams cannot sync as well. Thus I changed it back to the old account------the old apple id.

Then a weird problem emerged. In iCloud I could edit my original documents stored in iCloud , but on my iPad and mac devices the apps pages, keynote and numbers did not show up those documents (I turned the iCloud on regarding these apps on settings) and what I could do is to create a new document, which means my documents stored in iCloud CANNOT sync in iPad and mac. I have waited it to reappear in my iPad and mac for almost a week! What's more, the photo streams only appeared a month's photos----28 photos only, but before I altered the ID photo streams had 300 more photos! And I am sure the photo streams already finished downloading photos, while it is not all the photos, how can I get back my all photos originally sorted in iCloud?

Briefly the problem is as follows: documents in iCloud do exist, but in iPad and mac do not show up; and photo streams' photos only appear a part of the original photos and it seems finishing syncing the photos. I do not anticipate the photo streams can be resolved well, but i hope can anybody tell me how to solve the documents' problem? pls!!!😕

I'm not 100% certain on this but I believe you can only have one Apple ID. I don't really know anything on the matter but I'm sure some one will know.
