What can we connect to Lg UltraFine 5K ?

Hello, i want to know if it's possible to connect something else than the MacBook Pro or the iMac to a LG UltraFine 5 K ? Like a chrome cast or Apple TV , I just want something to watch youtube or Netflix when my MacBook Pro is not connected to the screen ?

I don't see why you couldn't buy a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter and plug in an Apple TV, or Roku, or Fire for that matter.

Although with that adapter resolution is limited. I am sure someone else has a better option.

It's not possible. The LG 5K receives a Thunderbolt signal, what ever device you plug it into needs to output a Thunderbolt signal (pretty much just Macs and some Windows).
