What case are you currently using on your iphone?

I have five for my X but the PITAKA Magcase is the one I use 90% of the time. Super minimalist, very grippy, good looks and solid protection for what it is. Love that it has a couple metal plates embedded too so works very well with their Qi magnetic car mount. I had one for my 7+ and I’m comfortable saying they are my all-time favorite cases.

 

OP - I am using the exact same case as you, but with the clear bumper - great little kickstand for video/Facetime as well as a minimal, no-fuss feel tha tshows off the iPhone X in all its glory...

I have the mag pro for my X. Not a huge fan. The aramid is a finger print magnet, the rubber, while protective isn’t has firm as I would like. I definitely expected more.

 

Currently rocking a black Caudabe sheath classic on my X. But I also use my charcoal grey and black Apple leather cases too.

Rolled with a Midnight Blue leather case for the first six months, three weeks and four days of having my X. With the patina it ended up looking black so I went out and bought a more "summery" case, the Apple silicone in white.

How much did you pay for this case if you don't mind me asking. I've been searching for case exactly like this. I found it on Amazon, but $49.99 feels a bit steep for this (and almost any) iPhone case. I bought another one on Amazon that looks similar (for $25) but found a couple faults with it (no camera lip, no front lip, slippery grip).

Does this case have an exposed or covered bottom? The pics on the left and right make it look like the bottom in concealed, but the middle picture makes it look like the bottom is exposed (which I actually prefer).

Also, does this case have a lip to protect the front of the phone if you want to lay it down face-first?

 

I don’t find the plain aramid to be that much of a fingerprint magnet, maybe the carbon fiber? Certainly more so than some materials but not glass like. I’m pretty OCD when it comes to prints on both the screen and case and it doesn’t bother me. Definitely couldn’t do the pro though as I only use minimalist cases.

Yep, $49.99 is what I paid. It does feel steep but after having one for my 7+ I happily paid it again for the X. My all-time favorite case right up there with the Apple leather.
