Does the back extend past the sides or is it flush ?
Thanks
It is not flush. There's a minor extension (like 1mm perhaps); hard to notice in the pics. I find that makes the phone easier to pick up when facing down. And I don't feel it interferes with the buttons. But you'll definitely feel it when handling the phone.

Thanks! Are you able to share a few more pics from different angles by chance.

Ryan London combo for the air. Still debating on the andar or the nomad traditional case

I ordered the Thinborne. After 5 cases this is the one I was looking for. Minimal and magnets are strong. Priciest for sure but so far worth it.

I currently have the apple frosted case for my Air, it’s decent. My wife recently got a Pitaka sunset case for her 17 PM, I was so impressed with it I ordered the moonrise version for my Air. Hopefully it’s here next week.

Mine is on the way. I'm planning on repping it naked in daily life. For travel, I'll prob pick up a cheap knockoff like this. Edited: The wave pattern looks good. May provide decent grip.

I got the Pitaka ultra slim case for the Air, arrived on Saturday and I have been using it since. Very nice case and I really like the feel. My only complaint is that it offers no display protection at all. I have a screen protector installed and it sits above the case. The end result after using the Pitaka for four days is my screen protector is all scratched up now.

Check yours, but on mine the metal ring around the plateau was resting directly on the glass. This seems to be a poor design, not a defect. I returned mine for this reason.

Kinda says more about the quality, or lack there of, your screen protector more than anything. I go careless about 50% of the time and my ESR screen protector that I've had on since launch day is still flawless.

They're talking about the screen, not the back of the phone.

What case is this on the right?

How is it with fingerprints?
Honestly not bad at all. I wipe off the case daily to keep it clean but I have not wanted any other case since. Case may be a stretch but it is thin light and what I was looking for, for this phone.

Nomad Traditional Leather Case.

The sides and bottom are open, a good minimalist case that keeps the lens off the surface and the screen off the surface.

But the open side edges extend past the titanium and interfere with button usage. I don’t consider the edges necessary for picking up the phone when laying screen down.

It's an ultra-slim case. It does sit slightly above the display but if you have a screen protector installed then you are adding another mm or so which the case is not designed to cover. You will need a case with taller lip to cover the screen protector as well.

A couple of pics of the Nomad Traditional Leather Case for the iPhone Air. It just arrived today, so I don’t have much to share other than a couple of first impressions: it weighs 34 grams, the fit is very good, and the leather smells and feels excellent (better than the Andar Aspen IMO). Looking forward to seeing how it goes…
