what case would give me the same feeling as BB Q10

Seriously, I didn't know anyone still used BB 😀
You can put a case on it, but nothing is going to replicate the weight I'm afraid. You can get the same weird looks as a BlackBerry if you get a case with a pink zebra pattern though. At least that way it will sorta feel the same emotionally.
