Switched from the life proof nuud to the fre on my 6s plus. Got it for a good price so I am quite pleased

I always get cheap ones off eBay, they're perfect and do the job

Several of mine are also inexpensive, couldn't even find a brand name on my favourite ones which I'd gotten from a reseller here in the states.

I don't go to eBay, though....:) Surprisingly, Walmart Online has a huge selection of all kinds of cases.

Now that I'll be getting an SE, I'm out looking' for some new cases. I like to change them up from time to time, to coordinate with whatever wallpaper I'm using.

Bottom line on the cases, though: they must have a grippy-ness factor on the sides.

Poetic is a good brand; I have some of their cases for my iPad Air. But I don't think I'd like that calligraphy-style "P" on the back. Doesn't it compete with the Apple logo? Or maybe it's just there for ad, and not in real life? I found it distracting, and things like that can pull me away from a product.

Yes, the logo will be there, however it may be for those that could look past that fact. It is a pretty neat grippy case nonetheless. I hope you find something that is suitable and please do share :)

I don't use any case on my 5s. I don't like it. It doesn't make sense to buy nice phone from alluminium, gold-colored, and next put it in ugly plastic or silicone case.

I understand this reasoning and felt that way before getting my 5. Then when I saw how slippery it is, and I know I'm at least a little clumsy, I decided to always go with a case. Also, I'm thereby keeping the phone in pristine condition.

I actually traded my 6s with a friend for a 6s Plus a couple of days ago and picked up a matching one of these DesignSkin cases (I got one a week ago for the 6s). Couldn't go without it after realizing how convenient card-carrying cases were last week.

I understand your reasoning too. Everyone uses what he likes and how he likes ;-)
Although, I think that 5/5s isn't slippery as much as 6/6s. When I used my friend's 6s, I constantly had feeling that it going to fall out of my hand ;-)

I have a Magpul Bump case on my 5s. Perfect amount of grip, yet easily slides out of pocket.
