iPhone What causes the screen to shift a few pixels right when certain apps open?

Messenger (biteSMS), email, Safari, App store, phone... basically every stock app it seems shifts to the right a second or two after it's launched.

Any ideas what's causing it? Not Winterboard... I removed it and the screen still shifts.

It's the parallax effect being cancelled as the app opens

Oh. Nothing can be done about it? Not a big deal. Just a tad annoying.
