What clock speed can the 16" MBP maintain?

Can someone who has it and is familiar with Intel Power Gadget please share? I'm especially interested to know what turbo clock the 8-core models can maintain, but if you have the 6-core model I'd be interested in that too.

The 2019 15" 8-core models can maintain around 2.9-3.1ghz. Want to see how much better the new 16" performs.

That's also a bit messier since it's not clear how the CPU is being loaded in this test (expect some bouncing in compiling when there's a number of libraries that create chokepoints). Makes it not a great test, beyond providing a sample point for something real world.
