I have the extra vanilla white and I love it. That is the Only reason why I got it was because of the gloss white. Makes me wanna be on the computer that much more lol :D

Black, BlackBooks are made with better plastic and just have that high-end feel to them. Plus, it would go well with my iPod touch, and dirt it gathers wont be so obvious.

I'd probably go with White.

I got my BlackBook yesterday after wanting it soooo bad and I took the incase off my 3 week old white Macbook and I was in love with the white again.

But I just gotta let it go because those finger print stains on the white one are gross.

I prefer white. I've had a white MacBook for nearly 3 years with pretty regular use, and it doesn't look dirty at all. Scratches also don't show as much on white.

The black MacBooks remind me of Dell laptops, so, not interested.

Black.

I actually prefer the plastic on the MB over the Aluminum on the MBP. This may seem backwards - but after owning an MBP for a month, I really felt like it would get scratched easily. It did not show any fingerprints though, which is good.

Black. I wouldn't have said so before I owned one. I would have said white, but I got an open box discount at Best Buy on the black. Now I get it. It's so much easier to keep looking nice.

Plus the black is just sleeker and sexier. ;):)

Hmm...I don't know. I think the black is more practical. I still think the white is really nice-looking.

Really? I've always thought of it the other way around (mind you I don't own either color) where white would be easier to maintain but the black would be nicer looking. Nice to know that the black really is easy to care for, in the event that I ever get one. :p

For now my beautifully silver mbp will have to do. *sigh* :p:D

If it were reversed and you had to pay more for the white color I would. I just can't handle the fingerprints and oil that the black would show (hence the white iPhone).

Yeah- you just use Mr Clean Magic Eraser on the black one and you're good. Takes literally a few seconds. It takes every smudge off easily. It's kind of scary how well it works. It stays clean for a good long time too.
