What complications, and where do you put them?

I'd be very interested in what complications you're using for the round infograph face, and where you're putting them, and why… There are so many to choose from on the s4, here's mine

I put the calendar on the side and the heart rate on top so that I can easily see my heartrate. Wish the allowed the heartrate to show anywhere but that was the only place on the info graphic face I can get it to show.

I can't imagine a reason why mail and messages can't be placed in the clockface.

Why is that????
