Not sure when I got my first iPhone. It was when VZ finally offered it. Wife and I got our first mac in early '08, and it was the best computer we ever owned, so we said screw it and jumped fully into the apple ecosystem. Android reminds me of Windows in the fact that right out of the box its great, but when you start to add apps and such, the phone starts to suck. iPhone 4 and now a 5 and 5s. will prob never go back. can't wait for the larger screen!

My Treo 650 didn't have anything as cool as the iPhone music player with the fancy design and coverflow.

What convinced you to buy an iPhone?

I remember that my Treo 700P came with as bunch of phone company bloat ware, like VZ mail or something. It kept running and the only way to get battery life back was to log out of the service and completely re-flash the ROM back to factory and never launch the app again. I did like PocketTunes on Palm. It had some great skins. When I moved to iOS, I found PocketTunes in the App Store and there were cool skins too. Unfortunately, the developer retired and PocketTunes is no longer supported or available. It was a great app for streaming radio and music.
