What Countries Offer Unlocked iPhone 3G

So rather than discuss what is or isn't possible, lets get down to it:

Are there any Italians reading who I can PayPal money to so they can send me a white iPhone 3G, which is unlocked and ready for use in the UK??

I can't believe there are none on eBay (well there is 1 but it's in America and the price has gone up far too much)

Are you offering 100EURO as a token of appreciation/reward to the guy who helps you get the iphone on top of the cost of the iphone, or are you just gonna pay 100EURO for the iphone itself?

Italy,Belgium,plus one more country I just can't think of now are selling unlocked iPhones. In Italy you can buy it from Vodafone but then you are sticked to the APN iphone.vodafone.it and you'd need to play with different sim to change it. Buying it from Tim's easier and I would think Apple warranty would still apply,you can disable 3g on those iPhones but I couldn't tell you about them being suitable for a specific foreign carrier frequency
