    Hello
I'm new to Mac and I just bought an iMac 2017 5K 27"
I found the dashboard a pretty cool idea, I set a hot corner to open the dashboard as an overlay.
But I don't find many people talking about it and don't know where to find good widgets.

For those who use it, can you share what widgets you use?

    Cheers
    K

The ones I have up are World Clock (4 time zones), Weather, Moon Phase, Calendar, Calculator, Date Calculator, Stocks, Contacts, Dictionary, Delivery Status, Unit Converter, Delicious Library, and Fetch.

Things like the clocks, weather, calendar, stocks, delivery status, and such are a quick way to get information by just going to the dashboard.

Others like calculators, dictionary, contacts, and unit converter give me easy access to information without having to open an App or website.

Delicious Library and Fetch offer easy access to the App information.

Some of the above are on my list of active Widgets as well: Weather, Clock, Calendar, Calculator, Unit Converter, Dictionary.

I find that I use the Calculator Widget often for a quick way to do something I can't do in my head. For longer calculations, I like the "Tape" feature of the Calculator app.

But I usually go right to the Dictionary app instead of using the widget. I've seen posts before in which users question the usefulness of the Dashboard, since things are easy to access in other ways.

Stocks. It's foolish of me, but I like to know what my portfolio is doing, even though I don't trade.
