If you are talking about the annual event for new iPhone announcements, it's been on the 9th September for the last two years.

Either Sept 6th, or 13th, which is the second Tuesday like usual. Apple nails down their figures for sales, App Store downloads, etc., on Mondays and inserts the latest data into the presentation for Tuesday.

Nobody really knows when the next watch will be introduced. It might be at the same time as iPhone or iPad, it might be during its own event.
