On the second page the top row of apps I had it full of Apple apps, and now I see the apple watch app there which has seemed to replace one of the other Apple apps I had there, I can't remember which one it was, which one did it replace did anyone else notice this?

It wouldn't have replaced one of your apps. They just would have shifted to make room.

Well I never put the app there in that place so it doesn't make sense.

You're like my wife. If any icons switch around on her she freaks out like the thing switched to another language and is unusable. :)

You are not serious are you? If so, are you new to Apple products?

It's peculiar that the WATCH they've chosen to represent the Apple Watch icon is the Stainless Steel model with the White Sport Band.
