What did you JB your Phone with?

Ok, I see a lot of ppl using Windows and Macs and there are several JB's Apps available, but I am curious which one you used? I know the names aren't exactly the way ppl spell them, but just trying to get an idea here.

I used all mac the jailbreaking programs.

I used Limera1n for mac on one phone and Greenpois0n on pc for the other.

What about Redsn0w? JailbreakMe? Blackra1n? Spirit? Some people even have phones Pwned with Purplera1n back in August.

I think the last time I actually jailbroke my phone was last last November using Redsn0w. I've been on the Jailbreak Train ever since.

This time it was with Limera1n on a PC because only because the pwned ispw couldn't be easily ported to the pc environment for install. Limera1n installed very easily and I have zero issues with 4.1 on my iP4.

I do miss having a pwn'd ispw on hand for restoring if necessary, but I've found that the last few jailbreaks have been so good that I'm not doing a restore until the next upgrade comes out. Life is good 🙂 (Unless you're a Texas Ranger fan).

I haven't JB my own iPhone for some time, not since owning the 3G which I picked up in the US shortly after release; as such it was locked to AT&T and had to be JB in order to be unlocked. My Sister had been using the 3G until she got her iPhone 4 recently, so last night I sat down and JB and unlocked the 3G on iOS 4.1 using PwnageTool 4.1.2 and ultrasn0w, it all went swimmingly until it came to restoring the handset with the custom firmware, but after quite a lot of jiggery pokery I finally managed to get it working...phew!

I ended up using Limera1n. Originally, I used green poison, but it gave me issues when I'd unplug my phone from my car stereo (the phone would lock up).

Used Limera1n at first, was great, then decided to try Greenpois0n, which I didn't like so much, so I switched back to Limera1n.
