What display to buy?

I have a new Apple macbook unibody. I would like to get an external display for it. I really like the apple 24" led monitor but i do not really like the price. I was looking at the Samsung 24" touch of color (T240HD). Is this a good monitor? Does anyone have an idea for another good monitor? I would like around 24" so i can get about the same quality as the Apple monitor. Thank You

there has been posts about samsung monitors having issues with output on apple discussion forums.

check it out for more info on which monitors seem to be working for people. I myself am looking for an HDTV that will work well. (So far Sony seems to be the only one that I tried that works.)

Check out the Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP. It's got some pretty good reviews and it would be my choice if I was in the market. -GDF
