What do I click to get this window

I think this is a dumb question but I just don't know the answer.
I think I have seen this window before but can't find it again . See screen shot below.
Please help a frustrated user

In Preview?

1. ⌘I
2. More Info Inspector (the middle tab - bubble with an "I" in it)
3. EXIF

Or pull down Tools -> Inspector from the menu bar.

Have been tearing lots of hair out over last 36 hours

No worries. I still find getting to the EXIF data in the included Mac apps to be more clunky than I'd like. It took me a while to get used to it too.
