I've read about someone who did this with a business in their area and won.
Business refused to pay, not much you can do when businesses lose and still refuse to pay, so they simply placed a lien on their phone system.
Moved that through the courts, and then went in to repo their entire phone network.
Funny thing was, they paid immediately when they shut down the phones and started pulling the system out of the building utility room.

I just got done with a petty lawsuit like this where a business didn't produce a product a product and the person refused to wait a week and ended up suing. Instead of waiting one week and getting a discount on their product, they decided to sue and ended up costing themselves over $5,000 in legal fees and no resolution for 3 months.
I asked them at the end....was it worth it?
