What do i need to connect my desktop computer wirelessly over the internet?

I got a router and several laptops, but recently I made a purchase on a desktop PC, and I want to connect it wirelessly instead of through the Ethernet, any idea?

Yes, it will work. I checked the specs, your computer has two PCI slots, which is what that card uses.
