iOS What do I need to make an App?

I want to make an application for my iPhone, I don't know what yet. I have knowledge in HTML, PHP and CSS. What do I need to create an application?

I'd start by learning to search the forum as well as checking out the stickies and guides at the top of this (i.e. the iPhone Programming) forum. There's plenty of information here, if you're willing to look for it.
