What do I need to run 2x X25-M SSDs in 2nd optical bay?

And that's how I took it also but that is supposedly pertaining to mechanical drives, so I'm really hoping it does what I need it to do. But like you said we await the actual results!

I would hope those numbers were only determined with mechanical drives. If that includes SSD's, Yuck!

I do too, I'm not expecting to get the max speeds but as long as they are decent I can deal with it seeing as how it only takes up one bay, so I can keep my other harddrives and it is a much cleaner install than going some of the other routes. And it's hardware raid and not a software raid so it will be recognized like any other drive.
