there wasa big discussion about this over at MacNN's forums.
the over all consensus there is this:
Case Style: Mirrored Drive Doors
System Name: Adrenaline
Apple refers to this computer as the "Mirrored Drive Doors" on one section of their site.
If you go to the two PDF spec sheets for the new PowerMac and you go to the document properties in Acrobat it is listed as "Adrenaline Specs". I am listing it as the "Adrenaline" on my company's web site.
Adrenaline is an ok name, but "Mirrored Drive Doors" is just plain dumb, tacky, and whatever else. Just call it Quicksilver II or "Son of Quicksilver". Its better than what Apple came up with.
It is really a pointless discussion now anyway, because the way I see it come Jan/July of next year this computer will be referred to as "The Macintosh formerly know and G4" anyway.
