What do we know about S11 chip?

Both new Apple Watch models have the new S11 chip, but very little was revealed about it. Any ideas on

• Is there now more RAM? 2GB in S10 was a limiting factor for LLM size.
• What is the process used? S10 was 4nm. Longer battery life suggestsa newer process. Is that 3nm or 2nm?
• Seems like some AI features are from A20 Pro are coming to S11. What exactly? I guess at least FP8 coming to ANE, maybe to GPU core as well?
• Does it have a wider bus to allow faster decode phase without increasing frequency?

Anything else?

It's "A20 Pro Derived". I don't know if that means architecturally only, or also process node, i.e. 2nm as well.
