I always used a leather bag but now spending more time in London I wanted a backpack.

I also like smart and minimal.

So I had to do a lot of hunting to find the right bag.

The bag I chose expands out if needed. Only ever carry a power supply if I’m out overnight, keep a charger at home and in both our offices, never been caught out on the road.

Expensive but the quality is noticeably better than the others I ordered at the same time to compare with it.

Seriously? People who spend more than $50 on a backpack or laptop carrying case crack me up. Who do you think you're impressing? Any bag from Staples/Office Max will do. $250 for a stupid carrying case? LOL!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Myself I prefer something that doesn’t look like it’s designed for a teenager.

I have been personally a Mac fan for the past twelve years, and I recently switched to Windows, because I cannot stand the keyboard of the MacBook Pro. My current laptop is Razer 17" Blade Pro. I firstly purchased a Razer 15.6" sleeve to fit the laptop (yes, they fit perfectly, after tons of research online myself), then I bought a Razer 17.3" backpack to fit the sleeve. I put the AC adapter in the front pocket of the backpack, and I feel super comfortable. The backpack still have plenty of room with the laptop-sleeve-adapter inside, and I can literally carry it to work, for shopping, and for travelling. I'm very satisfied with this combination, because it's really cool with the green color and matte black finish. And this combination shows some personality I think, and it's definitely not teenager's gear.

I've been using Timbuk2 bags for years. I have a Command messenger and an Armory backpack. Slim and professional-looking protection and picked them both on sale. When I commuted daily, I used a SwissGear backpack. It was huge and I grew very tired of hitting people in the elevator so I only use slim, minimal bags now.

+1 for Timbuk2 bags... currently using the Abyss Parkside bag for my 2018 13" MBP and accessories. I also do video work and carry two Sony 4K Handycams in it... great backpack for my needs...
