In my mind most people who own apple products are a fan of beauty. Obviously this beauty does not come cheap. So what job do you have? I work as a IT assistant at a company that ships snack goods to different countries.

I've been an ad guy for 13 years. I'm quite done with it. It's an ugly business.

Marketing is cheap and easy.

I'm jealous.

It isn't all fun. I kinda dread new products and things. Just means I have to go get trained in the new thing. Like the 2011 Mini, exact same as the 2010 model. Even the service manual is the same. But can I work on those? Nope. Gotta go get certified first. (Still need to do that...) Can't wait for all the Mountian Lion training and problems.

I'm an enterprise storage/voice/networking nerd.

The company is small enough that I need to wear many hats, but big enough that I get shiny toys to play with.

Recently been dealing with Cisco Call manager (multiple sites, MGCP), virtualization (vSphere, other VMWare stuff in general) and storage, but I've been doing network switching and routing (Cisco, BSD, Linux) and firewalling for years. Work network is all Active Directory, PCs.

At home, it's Apple (well, my server is FreeBSD) all the way :D Can't wait until I can take it to work :D For a Unix/Network nerd like me, OS X seems to be far more familiar and useful :)

After years of study I'm finally a lawyer... :D

... in training. :(

User name little out of date now. Never thought I'd be on this site for 3 years!

I'm jealous.

Don't be. I did it for two years, and now I resent Apple's corporate policies (and their bumraping of retailers) more than anything else.

At the moment I'm a student, which means I'm living partly off student loands and partly off a part-time job as an Apple retail salesperson (not for Apple).

I'm a graphic designer for a super duper rich guy in the mining industry. I do abit of everything else though. Also a part owner in a restaurant.

I work in the Visual Effects industry for film and television as a Digital Environments Artist/Matte Painter/Texture & Lookdev-artist. Been there for about 13 years or so. Working on anything from Walking with Dinosaurs, to Harry Potter, Avatar, James Bond, Batman, you name it.

And yes, we do use Apple equipment for some of the work. :D
