Do you lose any photos, videos, texts, app save data, music, settings, contacts, bookmarks, etc? Or will everything on your iPhone be 100% identical to how it was when you backed it up? Also, I want to restore it from my last backup which was a couple days ago, but if I plug it in to iTunes and it backs up automatically, can't I only restore it from that last backup? Or could I still restore it to the backup from a couple days ago?
