12 replacements? Please. You're an amateur. I'm on my 28th 3GS. 26 of those replacements were because the screen brightness on my unit was 1/10 of candle watt off from my friend's and I don't think I should have to suffer for having a phone I couldn't use the way it was meant to. The other two returns involved an underwater shark attack and iphone pavement drag racing contest I had with a friend. Technically I was completely at fault. But you know I got game. After 26 returns, the 27th and 28th are like a walk in the park!

suffer? really?

I'd send it back again and say it wasn't tripped when you sent it. Clearly the technician was crying into your detector after a hard day

Welcome to the party. May I take your coat and sarcasm detector? Its clearly broken. We can send it to Apple for you. ;)

What party??? What do you mean?

I think samcraig is clearly entitled to have the iPhone that HE wants. Also, should he feel that tethering should cost him nothing, then he is entitled to that also. For me, I think they should give me the 4G now. I know it's out there. Stop making me wait Apple! Oh, and why can't we print off these things. Where's our laser printer?

Microfiber towel and distilled water, or vapor from my mouth.

I wonder if Apple will ever come out with an iRag???

I use the cloth that came with my unibody MacBook, both on my 3G S and on my MacBook screen.

The cloth that came with my first iphone, one of my microfiber towels for car, or if all else fails my good old hanes t-shirts
