I guess Push Notification might not come to iPhone. Reason? It is too Battery-draining!!!
I have just setup MobileMe on my iPhone and use Push to synchronize the contacts and calendars with my Macbook. After putting the service to test, I noticed the battery falls drastically - Usually I would have about 50% of the juice at this time but now it has fallen to 20%.
Does this cause the delay? Is Apple waiting for the next generation iPhone (with stronger battery life) before rolling out this feature? Or is Apple still figuring out how to perfect the Push service that it is having problems with its Mobileme? I'll keep my fingers crossed!
