I kinda wish I didn't keep checking the front page for leaks and whatnot.

I used to love waiting and watching the conference and being surprised. Now I'm going to be disappointed if it's the same as the leaks.

I'm fine with the design, I'm fine with the screen size, in fact I think 4" is probably going to be perfect - you can easily use it and reach the entire screen whilst holding it in just one hand, but it's still a nice upgrade from the current iPhones.

But that ****ing USB connection. Why Apple, are you not using micro USB? There's absolutely no reason other than blatant cash grabbing IMO. Shameless. And really frustrating for those of us who have many products using the old style adapter.

Because they can and people will still beat on their doors for it.

It's absolutely nothing more than cash grabbing. Funny how they support standards like NanoSIM when it benefits their design ambitions but they can't be on board standards like MicroUSB because there's just too much profit involved.

Indeed. It's really quite frustrating, and until people vote with their wallets I can't see them changing.

They are. Apple has only just less than 19% of the smartphone market despite being in it for 5 years.

Indeed, I could be one of those people - had an iPhone since the 3G, but the S3 is so damn tempting right now.

Well...
In general, people always want to see something new.
I can say what if the leaked phone is totally different with 4/4s, still the people will likely want to see another totally different phone:cool:

"Only". I can only assume you are comparing this to Android? Correct? You do realize that Android is running on about 130 different phone models. You do realize that Android is so fragmented it is laughable. iPhone has just a handle of models.

I would love to see a curveball with a phone that has the same aspect ratio yet a bigger screen both tall and wide. I like the look of the Android-based phones people I know have. I don't think the extra width is much of an issue for holding the phone.

However, I know I'm likely not going to see that. No biggie since I can't afford an iPhone 5 anyway. I will be glad to see it get LTE, yet again it won't help me one bit.

give it up already, this is the phone we are going to get
Yes I know. I'm so happy.

The old Microsoft strategy pays off yet again. What happens when that 19% goes down to 10%?
