What does (EMEA) mean?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the EMEA means in brackets under shipping method on my iPad pre-order...

Dont know if thats what it said in the US.

Usually this means Europe, Middle East and Africa. Many large business divide their territories into Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific (or Eurasia).
