iPod What does ipod nano upgrade do?

Have a year old 7th generation ipod nano I love and loaded up with music and have not put anything new on it until today.When i connected it to computer it said upgrade available but i passed on it since its been perfect.What is this upgrade all about and should I download it?

What version number did it say it was? iPod updates have always only been mainly bug fixes. The Nano had an update so long ago now that I can't remember. 😱

Other than closed captioning on video, it doesn't specify.

Guess Bugs have stayed away from my player.If its not broken dont fix it.
