I want to buy an LTE version contract free and paid in full. Does anyone know how much this would add to my bill?

On the Mobile Share plans, $10/month assuming you don't upgrade your data allocation.

Do you know if there is an access fee like the phones?

That $10/mo is the line access fee.

Yup, 10 bucks and your in. I have 6 devices, 3 are phones and 3 are iPads. The latest iPad cost me 10 dollars to add to my Family Share Plan.

Will the 2 year commitment make my bill go up more than the $10 to add the device?

I remember when I switched to the Family Share Plan that if I were to switch back to a two year contract with a phone, my bill would've gone up quite a bit.

Nope, just commit to keeping it on there for 2 years (so $240 minus the 100 credit - $140 over 2 years for the cost of the iPad).
