Does anyone know what the toggle at Settings>Cellular>Phone controls?

    Thanks.

Strictly a guess, it may affect you’re ability to recieve calls on other devices connected to your account; if turned off.

It allows the Phone app to use cellular data but most like Phone doesn’t use cellular data... if it does, you should be able to see how much data it has used up over a period.

The topmost toggle, Cellular Data, controls the LTE modem for sending and receiving data for the apps on your phone. Sending and receiving data is different from making voice phone calls.

I wonder if it might be tied into Visual Voicemail, ie. restrict access to wifi only?
