Does anyone know what the keynote means for att customers that want to upgrade seems like apple catered to VZ

But am sure VZ paid for the right to be on that keynote. Does someone who is familiar with ATT 5G plans have any insight into the new iphones?

I’m wondering the same. I’m with Att atm for no reason other than never had a reason to switch. always found VZW more expensive. Anyway, related question, if I decide to upgrade with the att plan, can I later switch the phone to VZW or is it not compatible?

Per Apple website

All iPhone models are unlocked except those purchased with AT&T Installment Plans.

hardware-wise, they're all the same (compatible).
If you buy it on an installment plan with ATT, it will be locked until you've paid it off.

I doubt you’ll see much difference with the 5G UW from Verizon. It’s just marketing jumbo. And it gives both companies an opportunity to build some momentum around 5G, because I don’t think the general population cares much about it yet.
