Yes you can ... its an additional $5. Call up customer service and they will add it to your account.

We have 5 phones on the AT&T family plan, costs us somewhere in the neighborhood of $130 (my wife does all the bills) and then of course we added the $20 data plan for my iPhone and another $20 (I think) for the unlimited texting for all 5 phones. When all is said and done, our bill is roughly $70 a month, which isn't bad, because we don't use our home phone. We have a metered land-line to keep our DSL and occasionally take calls on, but we usually just have everyone call our cell phones.

It seems that the total bill costs are all over the place. I've seen just under $100 up to $150 for similar plans???
If you have corp. discounts, could you post that also, with the percent discounted?
I think I will be able to get a govt, 13 percent discount. Not much, but anything helps.

this really makes me want to pay my early termination fee with verizon and get a new iphone when it comes out...My current bill as of right now is 139.32 with only 450 mins a month...I have a blackberry pearl with unlimited email/data and text...plus vz navigator for 10 bucks extra...now I realized just how much i'm over paying. I'm just afraid of AT&T coverage...I've been a vzw customer for 8 years and I can honesty say my phone works EVERYWHERE!

pilotkid, I just canceled my verizon contract EARLY with NO termination fee. As long as you haven't paid this months bill I bet you could do it. Someone else told me of this and I did it ! If you haven't paid may's bill yet, look at the 4th page of your bill and where it says notice of administrative charge increase from .70 cents to .85 cents. Well if you go to page 2 of the customer agreement and look under our rights to make changes it says if the changes affect you you can end the service without the terminiation fee. As long as you have about an hour of free time and a lot of patience you can do this. Just keep calling until someone smart picks up.

I pay roughly $130 a month. That includes 1300 minutes, international roaming, international calling plan for Japan, Taiwan and China, and 1500 text. It can go as high as $180 with calls to Japan.

Slightly OT, but I had heard in the past you couldn't use company discounts on plans tied to the iPhone - is this the case, or can I use my corp discount? My current ATT plan runs around 36/month for 450 minutes, after all of the taxes and whatnot are tacked on, and if it was only about 56~60/month for an iPhone, I'd consider it...

No corporate/FAN discounts will apply.

I'm on a family plan, with 4 phones, and one of them is an iPhone. My dad pays about $120 a month, $20 of that is my data plan which I pay for.

Can you provide a little more details to your plan? In the near future, I will be moving 4-lines to Att. Just like you, only one line will be an iPhone.
