What drains my iPhone4 battery so fast??

Thats strange, now that the battery is sub 10% it takes forever to go down. Does this mean it's being recalibrated?

Quite possibly. When you do calibrate, make sure you leave it on the charger for a while past full charge too. Let it find it's max, even if it seems to think it's there already.
