Monitors:
Audio-Technica ATH-M50 (uncoiled cord)

Earphones:
Klipsch X10i 2010 ESPYs Edition (#385 of 500 produced)

Ultimate Ears - Triple Fi -

You can get them for less than half I paid on Amazon right now.
For another $100 you can go to the earplugstore.com and have custom ear mold made for them.

It's beyond good and when they fit to your ear, off the hook.

I was really contemplating the Westone inner ear custom fit monitors, but this might be the steal of the century. I'm a Shure SE 530 guy and very happy...they are just starting to age and it's time for something new. Had the most expensive Eymotic's for a while...very nice also but lacking the bottom end of the Shures. Lot's of good choices out there!

Wirelessly posted

The Klipsch on sale at the Fry's in my area are only the Andriod ones (S4a instead of S4i).

Klipsch Image Ones. They are solid out of the box, and even better after 10-15 hours. If I am at home and stationary, I prefer wireless, so Sennheiser RS 170s are my goto.

Westone 3

Despite them not being as accurate as the Shures, the Westones are my favorite.

believe it or not, Monster makes some killer headphones

Get the refurb Monster Turbine's for $49.99. That is a killer deal.

I personally own 2.
